Return & Exchange Policy – DXB STYLEZ

By placing an order with DXB STYLEZ, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is only applicable if the size does not fit.
  • Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging and tags

👉 Exchange is subject to stock availability.
👉 If the required size is not available, store credit will be issued instead.


🔴 Return Policy

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • In case of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged item received

👉 The customer will be issued store credit only (equal to product value).


💰 Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Must be used within 7 days from issue date.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

DXB STYLEZ will not accept any return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Minor differences in color/design (due to lighting or screen display)
  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items by customer
  • Failure to report within 24 hours

📦 Delivery & Handling Charges

  • All delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees.

📞 Claim Process

To raise a claim, customer must:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the product

👉 Claims without proper proof may be rejected.


⚠️ Final Decision

DXB STYLEZ reserves the full right to inspect and approve or reject any request.
All decisions made by DXB STYLEZ will be considered final and binding.
